-Timeline meeting 6 weeks out from wedding day. During this meeting, we will go through the timeline of the wedding day, the set-up sheet, and ceremony outline.
-Let's Soirée will assist with the ceremony rehearsal.
-Let's Soirée will be your on-site coordinators on the wedding day to execute the ceremony and reception.
Level 1 Planning:
Day-of Coordination
STARTING AT $2,400
-Let's Soirée will meet with you 4 months out from the wedding day, to assist in any last minute changes to design. We will help design florals, table scapes, and overall ambiance to your liking.
-We will communicate with all your "design" vendors and get creative!
-Then, 8 weeks out from the wedding day
-Let's Soirée will connect with all already booked vendors. (all vendors must already be booked at this time)

Level 2 Planning:
Coordination + Partial Planning
STARTING AT $4,500
-All communication will begin 10-12 months out from the wedding day.
-Let's Soirée will assist with finding all your design vendors. For example, florist, rentals, stationary, etc ..
-We will create vision + mood boards for each aspect of your wedding. We will create unique and custom designs!
-We will also assist in helping scout for other vendors by providing our preferred vendor list and looking over sent contracts.
-Then, start 8 weeks out from the wedding day.
